In this weeks edition of What I Wore Wednesday – Tulip Boutique, I’m sharing my outfit from local boutique. I love finding great places to shop! Tulip Boutique here in Kansas City, Mo located on the Country Club Plaza is amazing! I love the unique blend of clothing and jewelry you cant find anywhere else. The boutique only serves four-five items in each style, so you don’t have to worry about spotting someone wearing the same item as you. Don’t let me get started on their accessories. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed.
I held my first Swap and Shop at Tulip Boutique last month, So where is that post? (Check back tomorrow on Le Blog) Well.. I learned to not plan a Swap event on Thursday’s (AKA Scandal Night or during the World Series). Who knew the Kansas City Royals would make it to the series? So I admit the turn out was not exactly what I planned. So next time around I will be sure to better plan. Perhaps in the early Spring or Summer?
Ok, Ok… back to the clothing! While during the Swap and Shop I strolled around the store and found some awesome pieces. At Tulip I spotted a gorgeous sweater with sheer and lace detail. And also a pair of barque print ankle pants. I tried these items on and fell in love. Now you know I am the thrifty shopper, so of course I purchased the items on sale.

I just love the pants! They have a great almost inlaid looking pattern and are very slimming!
