After taking a blogging break, I’m back!!! It was great to take time off to relax, recharge and focus on the now. I actually ate meals without having to stop and take a picture. Last month, I only focused on posting via social media and did not write one blog post. I also discovered a new love – Periscope! Yes, Periscope is a new social media tool which allows you to record “live” view. Be sure to follow me @fashionplatekc if you’re not already.
Now that we are up to speed, let me tell you about my new style series. During each style series I will teach you how to create multiple looks with one piece. Each season it seems as if I have nothing to wear. Although, I would love to go shopping every week, sometimes by budget does not allow me to do so. So creating this style series allowed me to take an in depth in look into my closet and get my creative juices flowing.
Hopefully, you will be inspired by this style series and share some looks of your own as well. The first look is casual chic. You can achieve this simple yet chic look with a pair of boyfriend jeans, wedge boots, an oversized sweater or cardigan and a long white tee of course. Plus, when you added minimal stacked jewelry with a matching bag you’ll be ready to hit the streets in style.
