Every season I try to keep a few main pieces in my wardrobe updated. Which is why I introduced, The Style Series. While you can probably find me shopping at thrift stores practically every week. I begin to realize I do not need three closets filled with clothes. If you notice, I did not say that I could fit all of the clothes – but they sure look pretty in my closet.
I begin to wonder, how I can stretch pieces in my wardrobe to create multiple outfits? Simplifying my closets are becoming quite the task, but if you ask my sister who truly enjoys taking the items I can no longer fit. She will tell you its a task that has to be done, as she folds more clothes into her laundry basket. As I gazed upon my dwindling closet, the need to buy more and more seems less important. But, I’m also a realist so I admit – this is a work in progress. Like a alcohol anonymous session, I am taking it one day at a time.
Let’s get into the second look of The Long Sleeve White Tee Style Series is – Work/Career. My work place stresses business casual attire. I always love to dress up a business casual look with a pop of something. In this look, I added a scarf and a wide leather belt to tie the look together. By accessorizing you can take an ordinary outfit to the next level.
